Made Men Mafia is a Management Group/ Recording Studio Company and hoping to evolve to a Record Label. Timothy O Barr II, known by his stage name Don Gunna (sometimes stylized as Gunna) is the Founder/ President.

The company originates from Timothy wanting to be a self made artist and the Don of the music industry since early adolescence. Timothy always admired the Mafia Fashion, Power and Respect and wanted to implement the Mafia swag into his company.

Timothy came to the realization of the today, for the vast majority of managers, their principal role is different no longer should they be concerning themselves with getting their artists signed ,rather, they should concern themselves with developing and unlocking value for their brands; i.e. Business Development. Timothy wanted to take what he realized to educate and give new artist hope and continued motivation to help new artist stay focused by eliminating obstacles from the not knowing the roadmap of the entertainment industry to achieving their dreams in making it in the music industry.

Timothy has implemented Work Release Programs within Made Men Mafia through several cities and collaborates with Charitable Organizations to give back to the communities.
We are based in the Allentown, PA area serving, Lehigh County, Northampton County, Philadelphia, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, St Louis and Illinois. We are willing to travel to any city or state to scout new talent.
